• AO1 is the short but deep course to explore your core beliefs about life, your life and how you are living it.
• This happens alongside exploration and healing of your experiences of - and misconceptions about - death and endings in general across your life.
• You may realise that you have a deep fear or confusion about death and/or the afterlife, in a way you never recognised before. This can be for a number of reasons, ranging from religious upbringing to past life experiences/karma. Whatever the origin (which we will explore), you notice that this interference affects how you approach all endings and beginnings.
• AO1 can also highlight misconceptions about personal transformation work and your approach to it. 

Alpha-Omega: Part Two (AO2)

• AO2 will awaken you to unexplored depths of the wounded feminine wound (regardless of your gender!). 
• It can be said that ALL of the healing taking place on the planet now has to do with this wound - and that none of us had any idea how deep this wound was and is and therefore, how much it is unknowingly holding us back.. Nor how much our masculine aspects have been compensating accordingly!
• One manifestation of this wound is that we fear strong and empowered female figures, like the three spirits you work with in this course. Many people say that they are scared of Kali, or Ayahuasca... Can we, therefore, extrapolate and say that we are also fearful of our own feminine/spiritual power in some respects? And the degree to which we can feel, intuit, create and love?
